Ironmen Add Import Jason Jarvis For 2018 Season
The Chatham Honda Ironmen have added import Jason Jarvis, a 23rd round draft pick of the San Francisco Giants out of Arizona State University in 2008 .
Jarvis played three years of pro ball then an playing in an Independent league before moving off to Europe.First stop was the Brisbane Bandits in Australia in 2015-16, where he had an 8-2 won loss record and an ERA of 3.61 in 89 innings pitched.
He then was off to Draci Brmo ,Czechoslovakia in the European League and compiled a 6-1 record and a 1.02 whip in 52 innings. In the championship final game he hit two home runs to clinch the victory
In 2016 he suited up for International Stars winning the tournament MVP and adding the home run derby title in the Prague Baseball Week Tournament.
In 2017 he played for New Britain of the Atlantic League.
