1995 Chatham, New Brunswick - Gold Medal
In perhaps the crowning moment at Ironmen Field, the host Ironmen capped a memorable gold-medal tournament
with a thrilling 7-6 victory over Quebec. After the Quebec starter retired the first two Ironmen in the top half of
the first inning, Chatham rattled off three two-out, two-run homeruns to take a 6-0 lead, which they would not relinquish.
Chris Burns picked up his second victory of the day, hours after defeating Ontario 18-5 in the semi-final. In the round-robin,
the Ironmen defeated Saskatchewan and Prince Edward Island, but were defeated by Quebec.
